For Isogen Life Science we made heating blocks with custom sizes. With our heating blocks there was a better heat transfer. This was due to the perfect connection of the aluminium block with the tubes. These blocks were including anodising produced on a large scale within a week, due to the urgency for their COVID project.

For the University TU Delft, we helped realize setups of active projects for several departments of in Geology. High pressure resistant and thermally insulating products. 

We develop parts for a slot machine company. For example, these parts must be translucent or with an ombre effect.

For the garage of Van Maren Katwijkwe have developed personalised car parts.

An example of this is a modified air vent, with the van Maren logo incorporated. The prototypes were made with durable PLA and the final product was made of sturdy ABS.

During the COVID pandemic, we developed an all-in-one dispenser containing tissues and disinfectant. This product can be used, for example, on conference tables or at the entrance. For this we made several prototypes and set up a plan for mass production.

For this project, we improved the adapter for a cleaning brush. Instead of multiple parts, we made a product consisting of one part that allows brushes to be replaced without tools.

The CAD designs, prototypes, silicone moulds and the final product were produced in a single day.

In cooperation with Mojo and Meta, we have created a tour boat design. This was done on the basis of photos and descriptions. This has been worked out into full renders and technical drawings. Our tour boat is currently sailing through the Amsterdam canals.

In response to the COVID pandemic, a customer had the idea of making mouthguards that were easy to re-use and less obstructive to breathing. This is how Handigkappie came into being.

We are currently developing a plate holder for use in a plate reader. The perfect fit and deep black colour optimises the measurements in the plate reader.
