CNC means Computer Numerical Control. Using computers, the machines are controlled to work the material into the desired shapes. The material is attached to the workbench and shaped with a rotary cutter. The various techniques create a fast and precise development of a product.
With our CNC, we can create a precision of 0.02 mm. This precision can be achieved by using a wide variety of mills. From large mills for the global removal of pieces to narrow, precise mills for details and finishing.
CNC can be used for all kinds of materials, wood, polymers and metal. This means that it can be used in many different applications. For example, we have made heating blocks and PCR plate holders for Isogen Life Science, but also mechanical parts for vehicles. It also can even be used to personalise products.
