For the Land Rover garage of Van Maren Katwijk, we have personalised car parts. An example is the personalisation of an air vent of a Land Rover Defender, were we incorporated the Van Maren logo.
The prototype was made of PLA (poly-lactic acid), a bio-based and bio-degradable plastic. The final product was made of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), the same strong plastic that LEGO blocks are made of. Finally, the final product was sanded and varnished.
Several products are still being developed for Van Maren.
