In cooperation with Hollaar Plastics, we developed new fittings and conductors of different plastics. These fittings and conductors were made for the food supplement producing and packaging machines of DuSart Pharma. The machines were antique, this made it difficult to get spare parts. Our product was used to supply these parts consistently.
By analyzing the original parts, we set up 3D designs. These had the same function as the original. For this development, we used CAD design, prototypes and 3D prints. We created 20 different parts within a month.
For equivalent products, we can be your developer. We personally measure the objects and have a direct line of communication. This reduces the chance of design errors and saves you time, money and effort.
